Texas Water customers, they only give us 10 days from date of test to submit the test. If you pay after the 10 day period, we will have to retest. You will incur another test charge, but not another submission fee.

 

All other water customers, your test will be valid for 14 days, before a retest is required.

 

After the test is completed, we will leave an invoice in the same ziplock and return it to your doormat.
